Become a CSO Volunteer

Each year, more than 16,000 individuals and families turn to Clinical & Support Options (CSO) for a wide range of responsive and effective trauma-informed interventions for mental health, substance use disorder recovery, family services, and more.

Our community-based nonprofit behavioral health agency delivers comprehensive, holistic clinical and support services throughout Western Massachusetts in five counties (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden and Worcester/North Quabbin) — all thanks to your ongoing support.

Our volunteers serve meals, assist with events, and keep our Friends of the Homeless emergency shelter fresh and clean.
