CCRT hosts open hours for self-directed Peer Connection opportunities on the
2nd & 4th Fridays of each month. Games, puzzles, art/craft supplies & light
refreshments are available for those in attendance. (Registration appreciated, but
not required) Held at CCRT, One Arch Place Main Entrance, 2nd floor in
Greenfield.

Mindfulness for Teens and Adults

 Starting Thursday, September 7th, 6-7 PM, The Bridge, Family Resource Center, Amherst Mindfulness techniques can be used to help deal with anxiety, depression, or just to take a reprieve from our daily life.  Through this six week class, you will learn different mindfulness techniques to better help you manage the stress of daily life.  There will be dinner and childcare available. Please contact Sylvia at (413)549-0297 ext. 6523 for more information, to sign up for class and for free childcare. Dinner will be available at 5:30pm and class will start promptly at 6:00pm. Pre-registration is required.

 Soul Medicine–Body Wisdom

Well-being for body, mind, & spirit with craniosacral therapy. This is a gentle
hands-on approach that lessens stress, alleviates pain, & reduces the effects of
trauma on the body. Provided by Susan Maycock, M.S., trained in contemporary
Energy Medicine & ancient Healing Arts. Register for one session only, please.

NEW! Monthly Energy Medicine Practice Group

Wednesdays, Sept. 20th and Oct. 18th
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Join Energy Medicine Practitioner, Susan Maycock, MS for a monthly Energy
Medicine Practice Group. Participants are encouraged in each bi-monthly series
to attend both practice sessions to further develop and heighten the usefulness
of Energy Medicine to help reduce the effects of trauma and promote greater
well-being. Held at CCRT, One Arch Place Main Entrance, 2nd floor in
Greenfield. September & October theme: Recharging Your Radiant
Circuits.

Youth Emotional Health & Coping

Sept. 26th through Dec. 12th., Tuesdays, 5:30 – 7:30 pm  This 12-week group addresses the wide range of emotional experiences that can be challenging for youth ages 8-13. Come learn how to process your emotions and reactions, and become more resilient. Using research-supported information & skill development activities,
participants will be invited to increase their level of happiness by altering the
way they view & interact with the world. Commitment to all 4 sessions &
“homework” appreciated for full benefit. Facilitated by CCRT staff members,
Kelly Broadway (“Positivity Coach”) & Pete Martyn (“Gamer Extraordinaire”).

Intro to Drama Therapy
Thursday, Sept. 28th
2:30 – 4:00 p.m.
In this introduction to Drama Therapy, you will be gently guided to embody
and share (primarily non-verbally) your healing journey – past, present, and
future – and be witness to others’ healing journeys. Facilitated by Laurel
Carangelo, LMFT & CCRT staff. Held at Indigo Yoga, 45 Main St. in
Florence.
