CLINICIAN, COMMUNITY CRISIS RESPONSE TEAM (CCRT)

To provide high quality therapeutic services to children and families impacted by sexual abuse, who do not possess adequate insurance or the means to pay for such services; will also provide services to victims and communities in crisis; or provide additional clinical support to children and families in need of more intensive or specialized services.

Qualifications include a clinical Master’s degree required with post Master experience preferred in treatment of children and/or families.¬† Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts‚Äô licensure in appropriate discipline, LICSW or LMHC preferred. LEAD CRISIS CLINCIAN

Provide assessment and brief interventions to adults, youth and families in psychiatric crisis, organize and triage case assignments at the beginning and end of their shift, provide guidance and support regarding clinical dispositions if needed during their shift, and support staff with other daily Crisis and Mobile Crisis Intervention activities if needed. DATA AND SYSTEMS INTEGRATION ANALYST

CLEANER/MAINTENANCE WORKER

Part-time, 20 hour/week position performing cleaning and maintenance¬†for various work sites. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, good organization and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle situations in a professional manner at all times with clientele, staff and external sources.¬†Must be reliable and able to work independently. PROGRAM MANAGER, GREEN RIVER HOUSE

We are searching for a dynamic, team-oriented manager who will direct the day-to-day operations of Clubhouse activities, including staffing, supervision, and program organization at Green River House, based upon the ‚ÄúFountain House‚ÄĚ model of psychiatric rehabilitation and community support established in New York City in 1948.

Must have Masters degree in clinical area.   Minimum two years’ post-masters clinical experience and licensing preferred, but not required. Must work well with health care team including nurses, physicians, and psychiatric back-up.   If on-call, must live within 30 minutes of site. Serving three or more night shifts will receive premium pay per shift. CSO is a trauma informed agency and provides excellent training opportunities. Supervision for independent licensing available. PSYCHOLOGIST

To provide assessments and consultation services in outpatient clinic and through an in-home behavior therapy (IHBT) service. Qualifications: Licensed psychologist, licensure-eligible doctoral level clinician (Post-Doctoral Fellow), or pre-doctoral candidate enrolled in a doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology with a completed a pre-doctoral internship. Prior experience in psychological testing, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and child clinical work is preferred. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, good listening skills, nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency in families using problem-solving and practical skills, familiarity with support groups or parent education group. Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight. Be an effective member of a team. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Ability to work with volunteers and multiple levels of professional and paraprofessional staff.
