Full-time opportunity supervising daily activities of onsite administrative support staff and working collaboratively with the billing department, administrative support staff and Program Managers in gathering pertinent information, verification and data entry of insurance information. The Billing and Collections Specialist is responsible for tasks relating to billing through follow-up and collections, clerical and backup reception duties; and the gathering, entering and verifying of pertinent information. Full-time.

ICC SUPERVISOR (INTENSIVE CARE COORDINATION)

Will provide clinical support and direction for the day-to-day operation of the Intensive Care Coordination (ICC) program, supervising program staff and ensuring high quality delivery of ICC services. Will supervise up to eight Care Coordinators who each maintain a caseload of families in care.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in a mental health discipline and licensing in a professional discipline required.   Knowledge of Wraparound and Systems of Care philosophy, five years’ related experience in behavioral health and at least one year with supervisory responsibilities required. Strong leadership and communication skills. FAMILY PARTNER, FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER- GREENFIELD

Part time. Working in conjunction with the Family Resource Clinician, the Family Partner will provide education, coaching, training and assistance to parents and other family members of referred youth. The Family Partner also encourages involvement of natural supports for FRC families, oversees implementation of the Family Support Plan and delivers services on-site or in the parent’s/caregiver’s home or community. Training and assistance is also provided to parents in navigating child serving systems (DCF, DMH, juvenile justice).

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and two years’ experience working with children, adolescents or transition age youth. Experience as parent/caregiver of a youth with special needs, and preferably a youth with mental health needs; willingness to share this experience/journey with child serving systems. Must be able to work effectively within the mental health system, with team members, and effectively empower parents/caregivers. Excellent oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must be able to work independently and follow through with projects as well as be an effective member of a team. Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend work, as required by client needs. Qualifications: Licensed psychologist, licensure-eligible doctoral level clinician (Post-Doctoral Fellow), or pre-doctoral candidate enrolled in a doctoral program in clinical or counseling psychology with a completed a pre-doctoral internship. Prior experience in psychological testing, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and child clinical work is preferred. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, good listening skills, nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency in families using problem-solving and practical skills, familiarity with support groups or parent education group. Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight. Be an effective member of a team. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Ability to work with volunteers and multiple levels of professional and paraprofessional staff.
