SUPERVISOR, FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES (Athol)

Provide onsite programmatic and administrative supervision for Family Support Workers. Clinical Master’s degree, demonstrated child experience and experience navigating systems of care required.  Mass. independent licensure required; previous supervisory experience in community behavioral health setting preferred. Full-time.

 

CLINICAL SUPERVISOR, OUTPATIENT SERVICES (Athol)

Provide onsite clinical and administrative supervision at busy outpatient site. Clinical Master’s degree and Mass. independent licensure required; previous supervisory experience in community behavioral health setting strongly preferred. Full-time.

 

BILLING/COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST (Springfield or Greenfield)

Process third party medical billing and collections. Previous medical billing/collections experience required. Computer proficiency in database programs, spreadsheets and word processing required. Must also possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.

OUTPATIENT CLINICIANS (Athol, Northampton, Pittsfield, Springfield)

Provide individual, group and family treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. Clinical Master’s degree required; Mass. licensure preferred. Ability to provide home-based outreach therapy with children and families also preferred. FAMILY SUPPORT CLINICIANS (Greenfield, Springfield)

Provide outreach crisis stabilization services to children and their families. Clinical Master’s degree required; Mass. licensure preferred. Demonstrated child experience. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation. CARE COORDINATOR, MASTER’S OR BACHELOR’S LEVEL (Athol)

Working directly with children and families, facilitate the development of Care Planning Teams for youth with serious emotional disturbances enrolled in MassHealth, developing family-centered Individual Care Plans and actively assisting the child and family to obtain and monitor the delivery of available medical, educational, social, therapeutic, or other services. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline; demonstrated child experience, and minimum two years’ experience in community behavioral health setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have driver’s license and reliable transportation. Full-time.

 

FAMILY SUPPORT WORKER (Greenfield, Springfield)

Provide community-based direct care services for children, adults, and families including crisis stabilization and ongoing support and case management. Bachelor’s degree in a mental health discipline and demonstrated child experience; minimum two years’ experience in community behavioral health setting preferred.

 

RESPITE COUNSELOR/RECOVERY ADVOCATE (Greenfield/Athol/Northampton area)

Provide onsite support services to individuals utilizing the respite beds and mobile support services to individuals experiencing or who have experienced a psychiatric crisis. Relevant Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years experience treating individuals with mental illness. Full- or part-time. Some weekend hours required.

 

RELIEF AND ON-CALL CLINICIANS, CRISIS/RESPITE SERVICES (Athol, Greenfield, Northampton)

Provide assessment crisis interventions services to individuals experiencing a mental health emergency; provide community evaluations when required. Clinical Master’s degree and minimum two years experience treating individuals with mental illness.

 

RELIEF COUNSELORS, RESPITE SERVICES (Greenfield, Northampton)

Provide support services to individuals utilizing the respite beds. Relevant Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years experience treating individuals with mental illness. Evening and overnight shifts.

 

RELIEF NURSE, RESPITE SERVICES (Greenfield, Northampton)

Provide care and treatment services to individuals utilizing the respite beds. LPN with one year of experience required; RN with one year of experience working with a psychiatric population preferred.
