EARLY CHILDHOOD MENTAL
HEALTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Lead
development of new regionally based program providing home and center-based
mental health consultation and support services to early childhood providers
and families of children aged birth to 14 throughout WMASS. Clinical
Master’s and experience with early childhood developmental and mental
health services required;
HOSPITAL SERVICES
SUPERVISOR (
Newly developed program for experienced clinicians doing crisis
evaluations and consultations in a hospital setting. Must have experience teaming with a
range of hospital professionals and services; position requires excellent
clinical skill, ability to triage, prioritize and coordinate services,
collaboration with nurses and physicians, and a commitment to diversion to
community-based care.Mass. licensure/license
eligibility required, family/youth experience preferred.
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR,
OUTPATIENT SERVICES (
ICC SUPERVISOR
(Intensive Care Coordination) (Athol)
Will provide
clinical support and direction for the day-to-day operation of the Intensive
Care Coordination (ICC) program, supervising program staff and ensuring high
quality delivery of ICC services. Will supervise up to eight Care
Coordinators who each maintain a caseload of families in care. Master's
Degree in a mental health discipline and licensing in a professional discipline
required. Knowledge of Wraparound and Systems of Care philosophy, five years'
related experience in behavioral health and at least one year with supervisory
responsibilities required. Strong leadership and
communication skills. Full-time.
CLINICAL NURSE
SPECIALIST (CNS/RNCS) (Northampton/Springfield)
Provide diagnostic
evaluation and treatment of clients including prescription services. Child
experience preferred. Board certification as Clinical
Specialist in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
PSYCHIATRIST
(Northampton/Springfield)
Provide diagnostic evaluation
and treatment of clients including prescription services. Child experience
preferred. Board certification in Psychiatry.
DEVELOPMENTAL
PSYCHOLOGIST
Provide
consultation, assessment, and therapeutic services for children in early
childhood settings throughout WMASS. PhD, Licensed psychologist, or
licensed school psychologist with experience working with early childhood
population. Full-time with occasional travel.
EARLY CHILDHOOD MENTAL
HEALTH CLINICIANS (Athol,
Provide
assessment, consultation and support services for children in early childhood
settings throughout WMASS. Experience working with early childhood
population preferred. Full-time outreach.
OVERNIGHT CRISIS
CLINICIANS, CRISIS/RESPITE SERVICES (
Provide assessment
crisis interventions services to individuals experiencing a mental health
emergency; provide community-based mobile evaluations when required. Part-time or full-time. Clinical Master’s degree
required; minimum two years experience treating individuals with mental illness
preferred.
Provide
individual, group and family treatment to children, adolescents, and adults.

FAMILY SUPPORT WORKERS
(
ADMINISTRATIVE
ASSISTANT (
Responsible for general reception, clerical and billing duties at busy outpatient clinic. Part-time.
High School diploma or equivalent experience with
demonstrated reception, typing, word processing and office skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and able to
handle situations in a professional customer-service oriented manner at all
times with clients, staff and external sources.
BILLING SPECIALIST (
Responsible
for billing, clerical and backup reception
duties. Full-time. High
school diploma or equivalent experience required; computer experience in
database programs, spreadsheets and word processing as well as third-party
behavioral health billing experience required. Excellent organizational and
interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and able to handle situations in a
professional customer-service oriented manner at all times with clients, staff
and external sources.
RELIEF CRISIS
CLINICIANS, CRISIS/RESPITE SERVICES (
