Activity focused programs designed to improve socialization for Department of Mental Health clients whose day programming needs are not suited to existing Clubhouse programs. Greenfield Day Rehabilitation operates five days a week, Monday through Friday. Transportation for clients attending program is provided both by the Day Rehabilitation programs and residential staff.

Referrals to Day Rehabilitation programs are made through the Department of Mental Health.

Programming consists of discussion groups, activity groups, community orientation outings and recreational activities. Substance abuse issues including support and recovery are addressed in small groups and one on one with staff. Symptom management is addressed on a one to one basis as well as in small discussion groups. Pre-vocational groups are held with beginning work skills taught and a reward system provided.

Client participation in Day Rehabilitation program is a transitional step for most clients, with a graduation into Clubhouse model programs as an end term outcome.
