This program
operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to stabilize and assist
individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis. We serve anyone who resides
in Franklin County .
The Crisis Team provides immediate and respectful support through our
telephone hotline and face-to-face evaluations. An individual, friend,
family member, or another community provider can request an evaluation.
Based on the evaluation, a plan is developed which may include returning
home with support, urgent care/outpatient treatment, substance abuse
treatment, day programs, inpatient care, and/or respite services.
Our collaboration with family, friends and other helpers is an important
part of the services we provide. Our Crisis Team is comprised of experienced
and licensed Master’s Degree-level clinicians nursing staff and
Psychiatrists from Clinical and Support Options who provide professional and
caring services.
